Lions,Tigers and Bears...

OH MY.....

Translation :December, January and February!

Life if on a speed way for us..its seems that every time I turn around its a new month.

Lets take a tour of the last 3 months!

December:

We spent Christmas in Utah as a Family.

This trip lasted us a good two weeks and well worth every min. It was so nice to be home with familiar faces and places for the Holiday season, Halle even got to play in the snow.

We were all really spoiled, but the best gift for me was being all together.

(Halle with her cousins on New Years night)

(Mr. C and I on New years)

We were able to spend our last night ringing in the NEW YEAR..we decided to lay low this year seeings we had to fly the next day..so we just enjoyed lounging around at my parents.

About a week or two after we got home, I took a spill down our stairs, worst pain Ive felt in a long time.

I had my toes and ankle looked at and thankfully just pulled some tendons, which took a while to heal but I made it through!( I even laughed about it after!)

January:

(My Birthday)

Brought us a NEW YEAR and ME Another Year OLDER...25 to be exact!

This day was esp Hard for me seeings that I share this with My Dad.

This was the first time in 25 years with out being together on OUR day..

guess it was a Sweet but Sour day..

( Being funny on my Birthday)

My cute Halle and Mr. C did a good job on making it special!

(Silly Girls)

Halle got tubes put in her ears after many long and drawn out ear infections it was well needed, she has been doing great ever since.

February:

Brought our family sickness, we have all been through the worst colds EVER.

to make it worse the weather has been PERFECT...like 80's

Its been hard with our colds trying to enjoy it!

we have tried to go outside a ton to play its been nice, seeings that it is February...sorry Utah.

Valentines was also spent not feeling well, maybe next year=)

AS February is coming close to ending My Halle and I will be in Utah again...this will be our last visit until we hopefully move home as a family In July....

can you believe it? We are almost done with this Journey in Alabama!

And can you believe in just 5 short months my Halle will be TWO!!

Although she already acts it! hah!

Halle:

Halle has been a growing girl, she surprises me every day with her accomplishments.

she has been saying a bunch of new words and LOVES talking on the phone to her Gamma and Papa, but really anybody who will answer there phone, I now can't just hand her my phone without someone on the other end...she totally gets it..smarty pants.
She also started Dance classes.. Every Tuesday..she is the youngest in her class of 18months to 3 years olds but I love the interaction she gets and the teacher is Super cute, I know she will be my little dancer one day..the girls got MOVES!

My favorite word that cracks me up is boobies which comes out Beboos...and YES she knows what they are..what a girl.

She loves purses, dolls, her play kitchen, DANCING , music and her tutu's... oh and Her best Friend Of Alabama Talen!

( Halle in her Tutu, she could wear them all day long)

(B.F.F in Alabama)

Oh and of course her CHICA...

I 'm not sure Ive blogged about Chica..she has been with us since she turned One!

COMING SOON...!

Everybodys gotta know Chica!

hah!

Till then!

November..........

November?

What November, does anyone know what Happened to November?

My Goodness Time really does fly.

Here is My story for November:

Halle Struggled for a good 30 days with an ear Infection, so back and fourth to the doctor we went, about as many times to make you go insane.

Yes we are on the road to tubes in her ears.

Mr. C has been working hard as always with school, some days we barely know he is living with us. He is doing great!

We had a Family day, this day was for the families to come watch their Pilot fly, we had such a great time, Halle loves to point in the sky at all the helicopters.

This day Put so many things into perspective for me!

Enjoying our friends out here!

We were able to go see the Blue Angles Air show at the Navy Base in Pensacola,fl
Mr C. had the time of his life watching the fighter jets, For halle and I it was alittle loud and crowded but were glad we got to experience an awesome show!

Best of all Papa and Grama Rae came for Thanksgiving! We had the best time with them and were so very grateful they took the time and were able to come visit us, esp for this holiday.

They spoiled Halle and she soaked up every min. of their love.
They gave her an early Christmas Gift so we dont have to bring it back with us, A mini PINK four wheeler..She loved it and is still learning to ride it by herself!
We even took a day and went to Destin,Fl they were able to see how close we are to the beach .
(Halle always Loves playing in the sand)!
Thanksgiving Dinner turned out Great, along with my Pumpkin cheese cake (that Gramma Rae couldnt get enough of) and My Bananna Cream Pie Just for Papa!
Over all We had a great time and were glad they were able to see our temp life out here in Alabama!

Its always Hard to say Goodbye but this time for Halle was one of the worst, I think we both cried for a good half hour..

Thanks Mom and Dad for EVERYTHING.. we sure do Love you and miss you, see you soon!

I'll let the Pictures do the rest!

There's No Place Like Home..............

Happy Halloween...............

My Little Halle Was .....Duh Dorthy, and I thought this fit perfect for this year, because really...

There is "NO PLACE LIKE HOME".

Even though we were able to Trick or Treat with the most Perfect weather (Sorry Utah)

we missed are dear Families, are usual Traditions and Being home, Although we did have a Great time with some Great friends, memories and laughs we will Never forget!

I was Super Excited to Dress her up, nothing is better than watching your Little run around in a costume, I had bought her RED shoes as soon as they hit the shelves, found her dress, Made her a bracelet (of course) and actually yes, I did put together that little red clip in- bow and found the basket for $2.50, it didn't have a handle, so i took some of my bracelet wire attached it to the sides and rapped some ribbon around it and hot glued some around the bucket, just to give a little more fancy fance...=)

I know, I am such a craft er (not)!

Anyways.....

We dressed her up, put on the tights and the shoes, the dress...etc........

The whole shabang if you will...

Her Trick or Treating Buddy T.A.(Elmo) showed up and we were ready to hit the streets...

We grabbed Boston...AKA =TOTO

and we were off....sure enough half way down the drive way, Miss Dorthy's shoes were coming off.....WHAT??????????????

We had just practiced a week ago in these shoes!

We took the tights off..thinking they were making her feet slip out...

I know they fit people....THEY FIT.....OK.

Nope still walking out of them...

Mr. C ran back in to grab some double sided tape...

NOPE.....

Apparently...(excuse my French)

THE DAMN back of the shoes where very soft, they wouldn't grip her heals very well, she couldn't run, walk or TRICK OR TREAT in these shoes!

She also still walks on her tip toes alot..(not helping)

BOOO BOOOO BOOOOO WHOOOOOOOO!

The main attraction to Dorthy's costume is her SHOES ....HER SHOES!

So...............they came off....and on came the tennis's.

YES....My little Dorthy wore WHITE shoes...

But she STILL was the cutest DORTHY I EVER did SEE!

We Had FUN!

and yes...

There is Still ............

"No Place Like Home"!

Dear Mr. C.........

(One of my favorite Pics)

This is When My Anxiety kicks in....
Pretty sure Mr. C. knows, because this was one of my greatest fears before he really decided to become a pilot.
I don't need to remind him everyday, he knows this.
It rattles my brain to say goodbye to him every day knowing he is flying an aircraft, like actually in control...of something in the air!
My husband can sometimes barley focus on what I am saying (or yelling) jk, jk ..ok sometimes...(don't we all) ha!
He will tell you he does it on purpose..ha ha real funny honey!

Mr. C started flying this past week, with the help of an Instructor Pilot of course, meaning he is actually not Totally in control all of the time, or if he makes a mistake which will happen daily the I.P. is there to take over.

One day Mr. C will do this all on his own.

I can not begin to tell you how proud I already am of him, this process of schooling has really showed his determination and dedication to succeed and do something great, he has put endless hours into studying, He worries about every test he takes and has come out of them with excellent scores.
He still finds time for Halle and I Everyday even if its only an hour.
I am so Thankful for Him.
I think He will make One Heck of pilot One day!

Even if I can barley breath when he's flying! ;)

Love you Mr C.

(Oldie but one of my favs)

Back to normal...

My back feels better....

Thank the Heavens Above....

Mr. C and I started p90x tonight, well sorta, I did the half *SS version, he did it crazy man style.

(I'm gonna take my time on this one)
That was for you momma RAE...

Just a little "Big Brother" humor, if anyone watched this summer!

I'm no where near the shape I used to be in, and it reminded me tonight like a huge slap in my face, STOP BEING LAZY.

I told Mr. C that I am also ordering Zumba, I think it will be fun, I need a little Latin man in my life, opps did I say that ha ha, or maybe I just need the work out....whatever...I'm DOING IT!

On another note I made some Fantastic Banana Bread, yes I know, how dumb, why am I baking all these goodies and trying to workout....well I am just getting into the "seasonal baking", but trying very hard to eat in moderation, or taste in moderation!

Its fine....REALLY...It's fine.

Today was one of those days....Halle and I did a little skpe with Momma Rae and my Paisy Crazy (My neice)

as we stared back at one another, it was hard, it was a feeling i haven't felt in awhile(well i always have it), I wanted so badly to let her play with her cousin and to sit with my mom and laugh, because that is what we do best, we laugh...but today we cried, (we also do that well) we stared through that box screen and cried. Homesick...No more words needed to be said.

My Parents will be Here, Visiting My HOME in just 5 short weeks...can you believe Thanksgiving is so soon...?

(My momma and dad)
We are all too excited!

Then....Finally....YES FINALLY, after much debate Mr.C and I decided We are coming home for Christmas....YES....YES .....YES....
all together as a family, plane ride and everything for the very first time...
can you say PHEW......
I have him to help wrestle Miss Halle.
Its quite a long day:

2 hour car ride to the airport
45 min plane ride
airport layover between 1-2 hours
3 hour plane ride

with a small child this is very challenging.
VERY

So I am always prepared!
And he will see...FINALLY!
(he has never flown with her....not ever)

SO.....there is ALOT to look forward to and that will keep me going...As My Halle would say BA BA BA BA BYEEEEEEE!

ha ha ha !

Were gonna start with that..............

I saw the doctor....Finally!

She told me that its prob. just a sore muscle or a pinch/spaz!

REALLY?

I didn't know they lasted so long after rubbing and heating rubbing and heating..

Maybe I'm crazy but this is the worst muscle pain Ive ever felt.....EVER!

She gave me a butt load of meds to take...some for pain and some to help it heal and not be so inflamed.

Plus 2 shots...one in each HIP...

Um I'm not wussy, shots don't cross my mind..but these suckers they hit the spot...

I think i did the pee pee dance on one of them, felt a little woozy...blah

One left a huge bruise on my hip...

SRSLY!

anyways she said you should feel better in 6 days at least...We Will Start With That.

If not come back in we might have to dig deeper maybe something else is going on in there!

I sure hope not..

Try playing, picking up, tantrums, cleaning up after a ONE YEAR OLD when your back is aching all day...!

Not fun.

P.S. none of the pain meds even touched the pain in my back.....Now what?

I'll give it 6 days......SIX DAYS....

I need to keep up with this crazy Girl!!

Fall....

I'm in alot of pain....

My back(right shoulder blade to be exact) starting hurting last wed. ish and I thought maybe a pinched nerve or something, I hope just a nerve or something but the pain has just proceeded to hurt and carry on and on that even I can't stand to here myself complain anymore....

I 'm seeing the Doctor today...I hope he can tell me that this is going to go away or give me a pill to put me down for winter ha ha ha!

In the mean time I managed to decorate our house with Halloween and fall decorations, Halle loves it!

Are you READY FOR HALLOWEEN?

(In utah at Gardner Village, seeing the WITCHES)
Wish me luck at the DOC!
